• When you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.
• Orders are processed only after full payment is received.
• Payments are handled securely through the gateway connected to this website.
• Sarakasi Trust does not store your payment information.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues.

All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

6. Collection and Delivery

• All orders can be collected at Sarakasi Dome, Nairobi during working hours (Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
• Delivery is available upon request within Nairobi and select areas.
• Delivery costs vary based on location and will be confirmed before dispatch.
• Once dispatched, Sarakasi Trust is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

7. Returns and Exchanges

• We accept returns only for faulty or damaged items.
  To qualify for a return or exchange:
• Report the issue within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
• Provide your order confirmation or receipt.
• Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method.
  We do not accept returns for change of mind or wrong size.

8. Privacy and Security

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during your order is used only for processing and communication purposes. We never share or sell your information to third parties, except when required to complete payment or delivery.
