The Sarakasi Online Shop sells official Sarakasi merchandise — like hoodies, T-shirts, key holders, and water bottles — to help support our programs for young creatives and community arts initiatives.
Where is Sarakasi Trust located?
We’re based at Sarakasi Dome, along Ngara Road, Nairobi, Kenya — the home of our offices, rehearsals, and community events.
How do I place an order?
Simply select your item, choose your preferred size or variation (if available), add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email once your payment is complete.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments throughthis shop via M-Pesa, Airtel Money and major debit or credit cards. All payments are processed securely.
Where can I collect my order?
All items can be collected at Sarakasi Dome during working hours:
Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Please bring your order confirmation email or SMS when collecting.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes — delivery is available upon request within Nairobi and select areas in Kenya.
Delivery costs vary by location and will be confirmed before dispatch.
How long does it take to get my order?
Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing.
Delivery times depend on your location, but we’ll notify you once your order is ready for collection or delivery
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes — but only if the item is faulty or damaged.
To request a return, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Do you accept returns for wrong sizes or change of mind?
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns for wrong sizes or if you simply change your mind. Please check size charts and product details before confirming your order.
